What is gRAWnola?

September 14, 2009

It’s delicious! It’s crunchy! It is so good for you!

gRAWnola is a ‘raw foods’ version of granola in which low-temperature dehydration is the method used to remove moisture from the product in order to preserve the natural enzymes and fragile nutrients of the ingredients. An essential step in the process is to soak the nuts and seeds in water in order to awaken the enzymes and nutrients before it is mixed into a batter. It is available in two forms: a convenient, individually wrapped bar and a cereal or ’snack nugget’ that comes in re-sealable pouches. A snack that delivers great taste, and the nutritional value of WHOLE, RAW FOODS!
